📜 Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accepting and using the equipment provided by wLevel India, the society agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Purpose of Provision: The equipment is provided free of cost for a period of 6 months solely for wLevel India’s internal study and assessment. The objective is to understand user behaviour, water usage patterns, and applications that may extend beyond our initial assumptions. This arrangement does not constitute a commercial sale or transfer of ownership during the study period.
  3. Return of Equipment: If the society does not wish to continue after the 6-month study period, wLevel India reserves the right to collect the equipment. The society shall provide reasonable access for equipment removal.
  4. Conversion to Paid Service: If the society continues to use the equipment after 6 months, it will be deemed that the equipment has proven beneficial. At that stage, the society must pay the applicable one-time charges. If payment is not received, wLevel India may remotely disable or stop the sensor until payment is cleared.
  5. Ownership: The equipment remains the property of wLevel India until full payment is received. Societies cannot sell, transfer, or tamper with the equipment in any way.
  6. Communication and Assistance (Study Period Only):
    • During the 6-month study period, the society shall allow wLevel India to join the society’s WhatsApp group or any other official communication platform.
    • This access is solely for sharing insights, providing assistance, and ensuring meaningful use of the equipment.
    • wLevel India may highlight the product/service not more than once a month to keep members informed about the program.
    • This clause applies only during the study period and does not extend beyond unless mutually agreed in writing.
  7. External Factors and Damages: wLevel India is not responsible for damage, malfunction, or loss caused by:
    • Power surges
    • Electrical faults in the premises
    • Improper installation, unauthorized modification, or misuse
    • Weather conditions and acts of nature, including but not limited to:
      • Storms
      • Lightning strikes
      • Floods
      • Heavy rain
      • Other similar natural events beyond reasonable control
  8. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, wLevel India shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of business, profits, or data caused by use or failure of the equipment.
  9. Indemnity: By using the equipment, the society agrees to indemnify and hold harmless wLevel India, its employees, and partners against claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse, external factors, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.
